Internal Job Description This Accounts Payable role is within the Global Expense Processing and will support the Accounts Payable process. Associate will play a pivotal role, supporting the AP leadership, on a team that performs the following functions: a)Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, b)Global vendor management, delivery of AP-adjacent tasks (some accounting), c)Development and alignment to policy, d)Standardization of processes and delivery of BPI process improvements and corresponding savings. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops subject matter expertise in a subset of the countries supported by the AP team and acts as the main point of contact for in-country business partners (finance, accounting, operations) for smaller, less complex countries. Assists in the execution of the end-to-end accounts payable process for his/her respective subset of countries, directly completing higher complexity deliverables.
