Accounts Payable Administrator- HSS Hire

The Accounts Payable Clerk will join a small existing accounts payable team, reporting directly to our Management Accountant, and will play a key role in the smooth running of the AP function. This role is a full-time fixed term contract and is largely office based in Co. Laois.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Creditor reconciliations together with follow-up
  • Processing of weekly supplier payment run
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes
  • Ad hoc administrative requests together with supporting the wider HSS team
  • Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable / Shared Service Centre environment a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills with high competency in Microsoft office products.
