About The Team:

Allura Partners is currently working with a high growth, Private Equity backed business who is seeking an experienced accounts payable analyst to join the Team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Accounts Payable Specialist to be a key player in a dynamic finance team. Reporting to the Financial Conroller, you will play an essential role in managing our end-to-end accounts payable process, driving efficiency, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Take charge of processing all vendor invoices, ensuring timely approvals and accuracy.
• Cost Management: Make sure all costs are accurately posted to the correct and relevant Strategic Business Units.
• Vendor Onboarding: Be proactive in onboarding new vendors, performing thorough checks to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Expense Management: Handle vendor staff expense payments and intercompany transfers, ensuring deadlines are met and payments are made from the correct bank accounts.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies with precision.
• Communication: Serve as a vital link by communicating key payment details to project teams, Executive Assistants, and Office Managers, fostering strong relationships across the business.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a finance team, ideally in accounts payable.
• A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively to senior members of the business.
