Accounts Payable Analyst

This position is responsible for all AP and general ledger activities, in compliance with global and local Policy & Procedures. The position will have frequent contact with cross-functional teams and suppliers, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
**Key job functions**
- Accuracy of accounts payable and reporting processes with local requirement for Taxes and statutory compliance.
- Ensure all invoices have proper documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Preparation of the weekly payment plan, according to seniority and payment conditions.
- Responsible for accounts payable and intercompany payments.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier and intercompany accounts.
- Reconciliation of accounting balances assigned to this position.
- Accurately account for transactions, including expenses and provisions as necessary.
