We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable and Accounting Administrator to join our Home Office team in Etobicoke. In this role you will manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices, match with purchase orders, and obtain approvals as required.
  • Prepare and process weekly cheque runs and electronic payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
