We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (A/P) Associate to join our finance team. In this full-time, regular role at our Head Office in Abbotsford, BC , you will process non-payroll accounts payable, ensure timely and accurate payments, and maintain strong financial controls in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Process and code high volumes of invoices across various categories (operating expenses, service work orders, parts, brokerage, courier/freight, internal driver payments)
• Prepare spreadsheets and allocate fuel expenses
• Administer company MasterCards and approve monthly statements in Concur
