Unity House of Troy is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance Department. Key Responsibilities:
Processing, organizing, and recording invoices.
Generating and mailing refunds or payables and handling payable-related inquiries.
Managing direct‑deposit processes and preparing reports for supervisor approval.
Verifying invoice accuracy, coding invoices, posting payments, and resolving discrepancies.
Maintaining vendor files, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end close
