This is a remote position.

We’re hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to support an Australian automotive dealership. This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, focused on processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and managing payments in line with Australian standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of AP experience

  • Proficient in Xero, MYOB, or similar

  • Familiar with Pentana/Auto-IT (a plus)

  • Strong Excel and communication skills

  • Experience with Australian payments (EFT, BPAY)
