Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in accounts payable and gain valuable experience in a detail-focused environment. Responsibilities:
• Process daily remote deposits and accurately post payments into the accounts receivable system.
• Monitor payment discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the Credit Manager and Plant Administrators to resolve payment issues with customers.
• Support Accounts Payable Analysts by assisting with invoice processing and bill coding.
