What you'll be doing:
- Auditing entries previously entered into the system (CargoWise). Such as verifying the billing codes and charges entered.
- Verifying statements received from vendors.
- Negotiating with vendors for a discount/ trade credit (Early payment discount) on invoices.
- Making Automatic Clearance House payments.
- Making Domestic versus International wire transfers.
- Must have the ability to communicate with other departments on any disputed invoices.
