Roles and Responsibilities;
AP Leadership & Operations
Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function across India and international entities.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Build scalable AP processes to support rapid business growth and multi-country operations.
Establish SLAs and KPIs for AP operations and drive continuous improvement.
Global & Foreign Currency Transactions
Manage foreign currency transactions, cross-border payments, and forex compliance.
Oversee international vendor payments, including withholding taxes and regulatory requirements.
Partner with treasury to optimize payment cycles and currency exposure.
Controls, Compliance & Governance
Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to SOX-like controls and listed-company governance standards.
