Your Contribution:

The SSC AP Intern is responsible for supporting the implementation of processes and standards within the AP function.

  • Analyze and improve AP's response time to vendor and user inquiries.
  • Document late payment cases and root causes (aging workflows, invoice submission).
  • Support activities related to payment runs.
  • Analyze and support for the improvement of aging AP, invoices in backlog and others.
  • Support special improvement projects (e.g. complementos de pago, GR/IR accounts).

Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (7th semester onwards)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) 90%.
  • Knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)
  • Excellent analytical skills
