Accounts Payable Manager

The Company

Our client is a fast-scaling, high growth business in the facilities/maintenance services business.

The Role

• Lead and develop a small team of Accounts Payable Officers both in Australia and overseas.
• Manage the document capture queue and AP email account.
• Responsibility for allocation of tasks ensuring supplier invoices and supplier statements are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Support the management of cash flow, working closely with the Financial Controller.
• Assist with the implementation of new ERP system, working across the business with various departments, finance and suppliers.
• Develop and enforce AP policies, controls and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
