Overview

The Process Manager - Operations (AP Manager) oversees the daily operations of the accounts payable department, including managing staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor day-to-day accounts payable transactions of multi-companies
  • Lead the AP team, overseeing assignments, training, workload evaluation, and daily processing.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide coaching to achieve objectives.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues and concerns in collaboration with respective teams.
  • Drive continuous process improvements through standardization and automation, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Support audits by providing requested documentation and explanations
  • Develop, implement, and enforce compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
