Accounts Payable Manager

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our end-to-end AP function and play a key role in how the business operates as we continue to grow.

What You Will Be Working On

Reporting to the GM – Business Services, this role goes beyond day-to-day processing. You’ll drive process improvement, strengthen controls, and develop a high-performing AP team in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You’ll have full ownership of Accounts Payable, with a clear mandate to optimise, automate and lead.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation across invoices, payments and vendor data
• Maintain strong internal controls, with a focus on GST and regulatory compliance
• Manage month-end and year-end close, reconciliations and audit support
