As a highly valued member of the ConsMin team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices for payment.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Accounts payable function
• Processing and coding of invoices for payment
• Reconciliation of creditor balances
• Ensure accurate and efficient approval of creditor invoices
• Assist staff, customers, and suppliers with queries
• Assist with financial reporting
• Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Identify improvements to processes and procedures
