About the Role

As our Accounts Payable Officer, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and supporting the finance function. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices, matching, coding and reconciling statements
• Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier queries
• Preparing payment runs and ensuring adherence to payment terms
• Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Assisting with month‑end tasks and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with financial processes and company policies
• Supporting the finance team with general accounting and admin tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an Accounts Payable role (mining or construction experience highly regarded)
• Pronto experience (mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisation
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and internal teams
• A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• Someone who is friendly, approachable and committed to delivering high‑quality work
