Position: Accounts Payable Officer

Location: Two Ecom, MoA

Your Role:

As a Accounts Payable Officer, you will:

• Process third-party AUD stock invoices accurately and on time through Infor ERP, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts, securing approvals for any variances.
• Act as the main point of contact for third-party suppliers, managing inboxes and maintaining professional, timely communication.
• Investigate and resolve quantity and pricing discrepancies with stores, DCs, buying teams, and suppliers, escalating issues when needed.
• Complete supplier reconciliations, manage EDI suppliers, chase outstanding claims, and ensure all invoices and credits are processed.
• Support audits and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and governance.

What You Need:

• 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience, including high-volume invoice processing and PO matching in a multi-site environment
• Strong data entry skills with proven speed and accuracy
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
