Role Overview
Responsible for independently managing end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for CGI Pan-India entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AP invoices with correct GST/TDS treatment.
  • Handle TDS computation, reconciliation, payments, and returns (Form 26Q/27Q).
  • Process intercompany and import transactions (A1/A2).
  • Coordinate with Tax, Treasury, and Auditors for compliance.
  • Support audits with documentation and strengthen AP controls.

  • Achieved 100% statutory compliance and timely vendor payments.
  • Improved audit readiness and reduced vendor escalations.
Qualifications
  • Commerce/Finance degree (CA/ICWA preferred).
