 WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

As an Senior Operations Representative with the Investigations team, you will be responsible for accurate, timely and complete processing of requests received into the API mailbox coving North America, UK and the Caribbean.  You will also be responsible to effectively analyze issues and provide resolution and backup information to escalated processing, vendor and business partner inquiries, using expert knowledge of accounts payable processes. You will act as subject matter expert for vendor and business partner care issues, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, developing action plans and solutions as well provide support and liaise with the Accounts Payable departments across the floor for escalations on accounts payable transactions.
