Accounts Payable

• Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided from Lakeside MRT)
• Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Accounts Payable system and support treasury operations
• Handle withholding tax assessments, filings, and related submissions
• Perform monthly expense variance analysis
• Review monthly schedules, bank reconciliations, and creditor reconciliations
• Follow up on audit findings and maintain documentation for internal controls compliance
• Support ad-hoc AP-related and finance improvement projects

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
