Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is based in Des Moines, Iowa, and offers the opportunity to work part-time hours, two to three days per week. Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable journal entries accurately and efficiently.
• Manage banking transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform cash reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system with attention to detail.
• Coordinate the ordering of office supplies as needed.
• Handle minimal vendor interactions to resolve payment inquiries.
