Accounts Payable Specialist

As a **Accounts Payable Analyst**, you will support Accounts Payable team in Shared Services Center and ensure processing, analysis, mentorship, and assist to the internal contacts and suppliers’ requirements. You will report to the Accounts Payable Specialist, Lead This Job is located in Queretaro #LI-Hybrid
**Responsibilities**
- Provide Customer service assistance to internal contacts or suppliers.
- Ensure the review and recording of invoices into the accurate financial period in the ERP System.
- Ensure time payment for each supplier.
- Provide the documental support and all evidence related to each record
**_Qualifications _**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3.5+ years’ experience in AP areas preferably in a multinational company
- Experience with MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and ERPs: Oracle and SAP
- Advanced English skills (B1).
