Acupath Laboratories is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, help maintain vendor relationships, and support our financial operations. Pay Range: $50k $58k / year
Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and matching with purchase orders.
Prepare and execute payment runs (checks and ACH) while meeting deadlines.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records in [e.g., QuickBooks or SAP].
Assist with month-end closings and financial reporting.
Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and ensure timely payments.
