Accounts Payable Supervisor

Arbour Group is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their client's organization— one of the leading organizations in the USA providing exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services, with a network of award‑winning installation partners.

Main Tasks

• Team Leadership:
  • Oversee the full AP cycle, including invoice processing and weekly payment runs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Supervise and guide the AP team in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring tasks such as invoice coding, matching, and approvals are performed efficiently and effectively and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
