Accounts Payable Supervisor

Arbour Group is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their client's organization – one of the leading providers in the USA of exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services, with a network of award‑winning installation partners.

The Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor manages the AP team and oversees the entire AP function, including vendor invoice processing, payments, and reporting. The role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and effective cash management. The supervisor will also lead efforts to streamline processes, enhance team performance, and support strong vendor relationships.
