Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
• Process invoices, credit memos, payments, and collections
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Maintain organized documentation and support audits as needed
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
