  • In charge of issuance of approved government receipts.
  • Scanning & labelling of receipts and other supporting documents.
  • Preparation of daily collection report.
  • Monitoring of AR payment mailbox.
  • Monthly GL reconciliation.
  • Monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Releasing of checks to Service Provider
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Excellent organization skills and detailed-oriented
  • Motivated self-starter and work with urgency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
  • Pro-active approach, strong organizational skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Fluent in English
