Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage the accounts receivables of designated stores and the Distribution Center, adhering to the standards and policies set by the head office.

Responsibilities





+ Contact clients in the designated territory to ensure account payments are made and follow up on outstanding balances.



+ Provide answers to customer questions about their accounts.



+ Complete and submit weekly reports to managers.



+ Collaborate with Sales Representatives, District Managers, and Store Managers regarding accounts receivable.



+ Perform various administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.



+ Perform any other related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.
