Accounts Receivable Clerk
Description
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing the accounts receivable portfolio for assigned stores and the Distribution Center, in accordance with the standards and policies established by UAP Inc.’s Head Office. This role ensures timely payment of customer accounts, provides exceptional customer service, and supports internal teams through accurate reporting and communication.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients within the assigned territory to ensure timely account payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding account status
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to managers
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, District Managers, and Store Managers to resolve accounts receivable matters
