Shutter Supplies is a family-run manufacturing business operating for over 35 years and manufactures Roller Shutters, Security Doors, Indooor Blinds & Outdoor Blinds and imports Plantation Shutters.

About the role

This role will involve full-function Accounts Receivable responsibilities for all products and is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly established business and within a friendly and supportive team.

The Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Process invoices from factory picking slips on a daily basis

  • Send out credit applications for new customers

  • Maintain price lists for all products and customers

  • Quote Wholesale customers on request

  • Banking and allocations

  • Send out monthly statements
