Job Overview

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for processing and generating customer invoices and autonomously handling the Accounts Receivable Process.

  • Process and generate invoices based on customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Creating and maintaining customer billing information in NetSuite based on customer contracts.
  • Autonomously leading the companys credit collection process for assigned clients, coordinating with the rest of the team to ensure consistent communication and follow-up with outstanding accounts.
  • Analyzing and resolving collection issues by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit lines.
