Accounts Receivable Manager

The Manager - AR is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing with keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Control and manage the invoicing, credit notes/returns, and collections process while assessing credit risks for each customer by monitoring payment trends and average payment days
• Control and manage compliance dispute process for home centers, present meaningful findings to senior management with proposed solution
• Review and submit high-risk customer status reports to management weekly
• Maintain and review ON HOLD customers. Minimize Company risk and balance customer satisfaction
