Seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer

Join a well established company on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is office based in Western Sydney (onsite parking provided) and is paying $80,000–$85,000 + super.

This is a standalone position, with a strong focus on allocations, receipting, collections etc. You’ll take ownership of the AR function and help stabilise and optimise processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable, including allocations and receipting
• Drive reduction in aged debt and clean up legacy issues
• Proactively follow up overdue accounts and manage collections
• Conduct credit checks and maintain customer accounts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, misallocations, and disputes
• Maintain accurate records and reconciliations in Oracle
