The Company

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to start at short notice on an 8-month temporary contract.

The Role

Working within a friendly team environment your varied role will include:

  • Undertake debtor functions relating to patient accounts
  • Receipting of payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with Medicare to correctly allocate payments
  • Review data and debt for inpatients
  • Answering queries from patients for general account inquiries
  • Contribute to the achievement of individual and team targets as set out by management
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in relation to all aspects of the accounts department
