Job Description

The Account Receivable Associate secures all ORs, deposit slips, and creditable withholding tax certificates and ensures that they will be posted on time.

• Post customer payments by recording cash, check transactions and withholding taxes.
• Responsible for validating payment details in the official receipt and deposit slip.
• Complete, accurate and timely recording and application of Official Receipts against accounts receivable outstanding balances.
• Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Credit & Collection and Billing.
• Maintain the OR Monitoring Report for the corporate accounts of Solutions.
• Record all adjustments related to collection.
• Provide report on payment without withholding tax certificate.
