Job Description

AR Specialist will work with the RCM team to ensure the Client's AR stays within 30 days and the revenue collections are maximized

  • Track and follow up with insurance payers on the unpaid claims
  • Identify denial trends and highlight claim related issues in timely manner
  • Maintain AR tracker and ensure that the productivity for AR claims follow-up is maintained
  • Display in-depth knowledge and execute standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to management on billing issues, concerns, and trends
  • Have the ability to investigate and get to the bottom of the claim denial reasons
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the US healthcare medical billing terminology
  • Familiar with guidelines of US government, commercial and private payers
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work to meet established objectives
  • Skilled in handling phone calls in a pleasant manner
  • Highly proficient with computers, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Positive attitude and an outgoing personality
  • Ability to work in night shifts


Experience : More than 1 years’ experience in AR calling – Physician Billing

Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech with relevant work experience required

Shifts : Night Shift (7:30 pm – 4:45 am) Monday to Friday

Salary : Commensurate with experience

Work Location : A-303, Bestech Business Tower, Sector-66, Mohali, Punjab
