Job Description

Account resolution specialist, with accounting experience, 12+ months of experience.
The Account Resolution Specialist II will effectively resolve issues that inhibit the timely payment of balances on assigned accounts while building lasting relationships with our account base (many Fortune 1,000 companies) and the internal staff with the goal of minimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and delinquent invoices. The Account Resolution Specialist II will work to become proactive in his/her approach as he/she develops relationships with the customer base as well as with key internal partners. Communication will be primarily through emails and phone calls to identify what is needed to assist the customer in finalizing payment.
