Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts / Sales & Marketing Support Associate to support our Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams. This role covers day-to-day coordination, basic accounting support, marketing execution, and data consolidation and analysis to support business decisions.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a hybrid role combining finance, marketing, operations, and data reporting .

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Marketing & Data Support

  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and basic contracts.

  • Maintain accurate customer, sales, and order records.

  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, pérdida; etc.

  • Update product information on the website and digital platforms.

  • Conduct basic market and competitor analysis.

Finance & Administrative Support

  • Assist with issuing invoices and credit notes.

  • Maintain inventory records and support accounts receivable and payable tracking.

  • Monitor payments, receipts, and billing status.

  • Support month-end reporting and documentation.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Consolidate sales, marketing, inventory, and finance data for regular reports.

  • Track and analyse key metrics such as sales performance, campaign effectiveness, inventory movement, and customer responses.

  • Prepare simple dashboards, summaries, or charts (primarily using Excel) for management review.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.

Coordination & Customer Support

  • Liaise with Finance, Sales, Marketing, logistics, and external vendors.

  • Handle basic customer enquiries via email or phone.

  • Provide administrative support for meetings and follow‑ups.

Others

  • Ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in |>business, accounting, marketing, data analytics, or related fields.

  • 2–3 years of relevant working experience in sales support, finance/admin, marketing support избавления; role.

  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and reports .

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, basic charts).

  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, accounts, and inventory tracking.

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or accounting systems is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and simple marketing tools is a plus.

  • Organised, analytical, and detail‑oriented with good time management skills.
