Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join an established accountancy practice in Harrow . This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant to manage a client portfolio and develop leadership skills while earning £45,000 - £50,000 .

What You'll Be Doing

• Take responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts, reviewing work and ensuring quality
• Prepare statutory financial statements for various companies and organisations
• Manage corporation tax returns and personal tax compliance work
• Handle sole trader and partnership accounts, including tax filings
• Work with cloud accounting platforms, providing digital solutions to clients
• Guide, coach, and develop junior staff members
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value
• Support senior management with business development
