Job Description

The Amazon Customer Experience System (ACES) team in the JP Amazon Logistics division (AMZL) is looking for a passionate Program Manager with an expertise in process improvement and process standardization. This position will drive the overall optimization of the last mile operations network in Japan, ensuring continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the ultimate goal of maximizing customer benefits for Amazon Logistics Japan.
