Job Title: ACH Operations Analyst / Financial Operations
Location: Johnston, RI – Onsite
Pay Rate: $22/hr W2
Duration: 3 Months
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

Backfill Role: Supporting mailbox requests from other financial institutions, reversing unauthorized transactions, and recouping accounts. Mailbox Management: Identify request types, monitor and track cases using Salesforce, learn additional queue functions. Team Support: Ensure case completeness, stop payments, follow KPIs to measure productivity. Training: Full training will be provided, including tasks supporting the EPP migration project.
