Responsibilities

:
• Handle daily Receiving Depository (RDFI) tasks and assist with ODFI functions as needed.

• Provide phone and email support to corporate customers and internal teams.

• Research and resolve ACH inquiries and account-related issues.

• Manage mailbox requests, including unauthorized transaction reversals and recoupments.

• Track and monitor cases using Salesforce; ensure KPI-driven productivity.

• Support team deadlines, routine operations, and EPP migration project tasks.

• Learn new system processes and take on complex ACH functions over time.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of financial operations or back-office experience.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately.

• Proficient in MS Outlook and comfortable using Salesforce.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-centric mindset.
