Acquisition and Development Senior Analyst (Data Centres)

Our client is seeking an Acquisition and Development Senior Analyst (Data Centres )to be responsible for the identification and development of business opportunities, facilitating the expansion of their real estate portfolio in the APAC region . This role will play a key part in conducting market intelligence research and assessing investment opportunities, with a focus on data centre development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform market intelligence research on prospective clients, strategic partners, competitors, and the industry to identify potential business opportunities for portfolio expansion in data centres .
• Conduct market analyses (i.e. tracking of market trends) to facilitate investment decisions of various asset classes in APAC with a focus on data centres.
