Our client, a fast growing company specilized in the structuring and financing of loans for a diverse range of borrowers, is looking for a Acquisition Associate to join their team in Zurich. This opportunity is an excellent chance for someone early in the carreer to directly contribute to the sourcing pipeline and investment decisions of a thriving business in the real estate investment sector. The position reports directly to the Senior Debt Acquisition Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential borrowers through calls, digital channels, and networking
• Sourcing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities across Switzerland (focus Swiss German speaking part)
• Proactive acquisition of new clients (cold leads) via multiple channels, including phone and digital platforms
• Support relationship-building efforts with developers, property owners, and brokers
