Responsibilities

• Reach out to brokers, establish relationships with property owners who list their properties for sale.


• Conduct financial analysis on the subject properties to assess whether they meet our acquisition requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written English communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets with a comfort level using advanced formulas for data analysis.
