Job Summary:
We are looking for Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 Collaboration support engineer with minimum 1 year of experience, who also have basic Windows Server management skills. The role involves managing AD services, administering Office 365 collaboration tools, and providing basic support for Windows Server environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 year of experience in Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Basic experience with Windows Server management (Server 2016, 2019, or later).
- Familiarity with directory services, DNS, DHCP, and authentication protocols.
- Experience managing collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Understanding of basic IT security principles, including MFA, access control, and network security.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Office 365.
