Active Overnight Support Workers - (Immediate Start!) GCN

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female Support Worker to provide active overnight assistance to a female NDIS participant in Coomera/ Pimpama region. This role requires someone who is attentive, trustworthy, and confident supporting participants overnight while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

Location: Coomera/ Pimpama

Start Date: Immediate

Availability Required:

To be considered for an interview, applicants must have:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Paid Worker Card)
• NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
• Current First Aid & CPR (preferred)
• Experience in disability support or similar role (preferred)
• Only female applicants will be interviewed.

You will be supporting a female NDIS participant by providing:

• Active overnight monitoring and assistance
• Emotional support and reassurance
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable overnight environment
• Clear communication and documentation of overnight events

• Empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Ability to confidently support someone with high overnight needs
• Commitment to professional boundaries and participant choice
• Someone who can start immediately
