What You’ll Do as an Activities Assistant

As an Activities Assistant, your work has a direct impact on our residents’ quality of life. You will:

• Support and lead engaging activities through our 6-dimensional engagement program

• Create opportunities for residents to connect, socialize, and thrive

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

• Bring creativity, fun, and positivity to the community each day

• Collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit for the Activities Assistant role if you have:

• Experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Project Coordinator, Nurse, or similar role

• A passion for working with seniors (prior senior-living experience preferred)

• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset

• A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
