Activities Lead Volunteer

Poplar Tree Court is located in the Brumby area of Scunthorpe and consists of twelve flats and eight bungalows, providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.

We are looking for a creative Volunteer to set up and run activity groups in our service in line with Service User interests. As part of your volunteer role you will take the lead on the group and will plan the group sessions, making sure that the activities are inclusive for all our service users and delivered in a fun and engaging way.

You will also ensure that service users are included in deciding the types of crafts and activities they would like to explore, and will plan and prepare for the sessions in advance to make sure that the materials and equipment are ready for each session.
